5 TIPS TO KEEP YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM BOOSTED READY FOR THE EASING OF LOCKDOWN:
1.Go outside in the daylight as much as possible and if the days are still dark consider taking a good quality vitamin D supplement.
2.Eat lots of foods rich in vitamin C and take a vitamin C supplement. You cannot go wrong with taking vitamin C if you are taking too much your bowels will become loose so just drop down the dose.
3. Zinc can also help to boost your immune system. Foods rich in zinc are beans, nuts and high protein foods.
4. Drink at least 2 litres of water per day.
5. Keeping away from sugar and eat healthy foods to help to protect your immune system. The gut is so closely linked to your immune system.
