Explore Local Parks
Finish out your week with a Friday afternoon walk, chat with Beth, the Activity Center Program Coordinator, and make new friends, all while enjoying the wonder of the great outdoors. Nordic Walking isn't specifically walking in the snow, or even having the equipment of Nordic poles. Our own version of Nordic Walking is to get out and walk during these last weeks of winter and to explore some local trails.
To see the remaining scheduled dates, park locations, and registration information for Nordic Walking click here. Or contact the office for more information.
