First, From the Heart

Yesterday, we had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the Global Health Compassion Rounds hosted by the Focus Area for Compassion and Ethics and the World Health Organization Global Learning Laboratory for Quality UHC. The conversation on compassionate leadership addressed the urgency and necessity demanded by these times.

Hosts David Addiss and Shams Syed, along with our fellow panelists Monica Worline and Zerihun Tadesse, all spoke to the profound impact leaders can catalyze as this next era emerges. And as Monica wisely reminded everyone, we are awakening the compassion that is already within us. Let’s do it now at global scale!

Practice Matters

Return to Wholeness

Life has forced us apart. From each other. From pieces of ourselves. From our profound connection to the planet. Where is the chasm that creates the most struggle and disorientation? Are we destined for a future that continues to unravel?

We each own the choice to grow and thrive, even though the path to wholeness may not yet be visible or may appear as too hard. When we venture into the deep space within, we find the magnificent integration of all that has shattered. We awaken to what has been our truth all along. We remember. We return home.

When can we practice? Always!
