This workshop helps both clergy and lay leaders expand their insight into how churches function as emotional systems as well as gain practical skills that empower healthy communication among the congregation. Participants in this workshop will gain the understanding and the skills needed to prevent or minimize destructive conflicts. Learn what you can do to help transform conflict from a negative force into an opportunity for positive growth.
