We're looking forward to welcoming you online our 2021 Convention this Saturday, March 13 at 9 a.m.
When should I log on?
Because we are using the Zoom Webinar function our logging in will not take a long time. Please login 10 minutes prior to the meeting. Note: your microphone and camera will be turned off unless you are a presenter. If you have trouble logging in, contact the help desk (see the information at the bottom of the page.)
Review Items in the Document Center
- Be sure to review all of the items in the Document Center prior to the meeting. Voting will be swift and participants are expected to have reviewed the documents prior to the meeting.
Computer Considerations
- Make sure your device is charged up or plugged in.
- If possible, for faster service, connect your laptop or other device to your internet router by an ethernet cable rather than wireless. (Wireless is always slower).
- If others in your home will be online ask them not to use the internet connection while the meeting is going on - especially NOT to do anything that involves online VIDEO (Youtube and Netflix are the biggest bandwidth eaters).
- Close all other programs other than your Zoom window
- If you have an option use a mouse, rather than a touchpad. (It's faster).

Technical Difficulties?
Write down this number: 843-722-4075---This is the HELPLINE NUMBER, if you have trouble logging into the meeting. A person will be on the other line, live, to assist you with your technical issues. If you get the answering machine, leave a message and you call will be returned promptly. If your internet wanes, try logging back into the meeting with your meeting link (provided below) before you call the helpline.
Note: Diocesan staff members will be unable to assist you on the day of the Convention as they will be responsible for other tasks at that time.
