We recognize that we may have some first-time visitors this week, with it being March Break and all, so we thought this was a good time to send out a Covid protocol refresher, so that we can all enjoy the mountain safely this March Break! Covid Protocol Reminders:
|
|
We are looking forward to seeing all of our snow friends, both old and new, over March Break! In order to protect yourself and one another, please remember the following:
- Wear your mask at all times while visiting Ski Ben Eoin. If you cannot wear a mask, we ask that you please save your visit for another time.
- If you arrive together, you ride together - we won't be asking riders to intermingle with other family bubbles on our chair lift (or indoors).
- Please keep at least 6ft of distance between yourself and other guests, both indoors and outdoors.
- If you are feeling unwell, or answer "yes" to any of our screening questions, found on our website, please stay home.
- Reminder: we have a Kitchen Take Out window open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-5pm so you can enjoy a break on the patio - we have plenty of outdoor seating.

Ski Patrol
GRAVITY GOLF FUNDRAISER

Our Ski Patrol team is aiming to raise $1000 to help make necessary upgrades to the Ski Patrol building! We raised $350 toward goal in round 1 - let's make sure they hit their $1000 target with Round 2! Watch for the Ski Patrol team outside the chalet on Saturday, March 20th, from 12pm-3pm to buy your golf balls and try your aim at Gravity Golf! Sink a ball in the bucket as your chair passes over, and win a prize! Golf balls are $2ea or 3 for $5 (donations also accepted). Thank you, in advance, for your valued support!

We're offering extra bubble lessons all March Break long - bubble lessons every day at 10am and 1pm from March 13th-21st!
- Beginner Bubble Lessons Inlcude 4hr Carpet lift/rental combo, and 1.5hr group lesson for $60+tx per person.
- Next Turn Bubble Lessons Include 4hr Chair lift/rental combo, and 1.5hr group lesson for $70+tx per person.

Snow Bucks Fundraiser

How does it work?
1. Fill out a ticket located on the side of one of our Snow Bucks boxes. The number on the ticket is your number for the remainder of the lottery. On-site boxes are in the Customer Service Center, Warming Center, and the Broken Buckle Lounge. We also have an off-site box at Meadows Pharmasave. Numbers can also be purcahsed by debit/credit at the Customer Service Center.
2. Each Tuesday evening, a number is drawn from the pot! If an available number is picked, the winnings go back into the pot till next week.

If your number is drawn, but your payments are not up to date, you will not be eligible to claim the prize. The prize amount will, instead, be added to the next week’s prize.

This season, things look a little different. Our Main Chalet entrance now functions as the entrance and exit for the Ticket Desk and Customer Service Center (which are located in the Snow Sport Depot). There is no entrance to the Chalet or Broken Buckle from this "Main Entrance" this year.
The Cafeteria is used for Food and Beverage only. If you simply need to warm up, we ask you to visit our new "Warming Center" (pictured below). If you've taken a bagged lunch, we ask that you please return to your personal locker space (aka vehicle) for lunch, as outside food is not permitted.
The Broken Buckle will use their own entrance/exit on the deck (situated on the West side of the building, facing the back 9 of the golf course). There will not be inside access to the Broken Buckle Lounge, with the exception of staff delivering food orders from the kitchen.
The Main Entrance for the Chalet/Washrooms is now the door next to the A frame, on the South side of the building (facing the hill, itself). The exit for the Chalet is the door next to the kitchen, which leads out to the runway between our Chalet building and the Warming Center.
We ask that you please limit your time in the Chalet to under 30mins to allow for others to come in to have a bite to eat, as well. Due to limited capacity constraints, we have included more outdoor seating on the deck, and have incorporated a Take Out Window for the Cafeteria (located next to the stairs, outside the main exit of the Chalet).

Warming Center (Rental Building):
|
|
Our Rental Building has been completely reconfigured this year to offer you a fantastic Warming Center! The main entrance for this building can be found on the back side of the building and will be clearly marked. The exit for the Warming Center is directly across from the entrance.
For rentals, proceed through the main doors, and take a right - head for the Boot and Helmet Window. Once you have your boots and helmet on, you cna proceed through to the Rental Area (as long as there's space for you - limited capacity of 8 people at a time). In the Rental Area, you will be given your skis, snowboard or snowshoes and then asked to exit through the Rental Area doors.
Once inside, we ask that you please follow the directional arrows on the floor to access lockers, and enjoy the warming area. No food or beverage is permitted in the Warming Center (please visit the Chalet building for this), and masks are required indoors, at all times.
The Rental Area will operate as it's own "pod" within the building. The Rental Entrance/Exit is found on the South side of the building and will be clearly marked. You will find our "Express Day Ticket Window" next to the exit for the Rental Area. All tickets, rentals and combos purcahsed through our website are processed at this window.
