Dear Members,

 
The Board is pleased to advise that we will be facilitating the 2021 Annual General Meeting through face-to-face attendance as well as by video conference, starting at 7:00pm on the evening of 16 March.
 
Members wishing to attend in person will need to pre-register in line with ACT COVID-19 event protocols. Please register by midday Tuesday 16 March. Registered attendees will need to physically distance and check in on arrival using the Check In CBR app. It will not be possible to physically attend the meeting without having registered prior to the event - please note attendees are restricted to 15.

For those wishing to participate online, the event will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and you can join and leave the meeting at any time.

Once you click on the link and reach the landing page, please enter your full name, turn off your audio and video to start with, then click "Join now". We will be recording the meeting for members to watch later, and for record keeping purposes.
 
To ensure that all participants can hear the presentation with minimal lag and audio feedback, we ask that you leave your audio and video on mute (switched off) until you want to ask a question.  If you access the meeting via a computer, you can also use the chat function.
 
As this is a live event, we will not have the ability to resolve any IT issues you may have. If you are not familiar with Microsoft Teams, the information below will assist. A guide for how your screen will look, including the relevant icons for muting / unmuting and sending chat messages is attached.
 
Instructions for PC / Mac - The meeting video is accessible via any web browser. If you are participating on a computer you will need your speakers turned on. If you do not have a microphone or camera, you can submit questions via the 'Chat' function. There is a Windows app you can download to provide a better experience, but it is not essential.
 
Instructions for mobile devices - For members seeing to join the meeting via a mobile device, you will be prompted to download the Microsoft Teams app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store if you do not have it installed (this can be done prior to the meeting).
