Message from the Editor:

Early Sunday morning EST Roll, a leading social token issuer experienced a security breach. This breach led to nearly 2600 ETH in liquidity being drained from multiple social token projects liquidity pools.

The impact was significant with many tokens dropping over 90%. Roll has promised a $500k support fund to support affected communities. More impressive, however, was how fast these communities came together to address the situation. Mitigation efforts were immediately underway and a variety of community led initiatives to help those hardest hit are being planned.

Today has been a tough day for many in the social token community. In the midst of it all, the power of community to come together and overcome adversity was on clear display.

To those leading social token communities, thank you for your hard work and determination. Your leadership was needed and noticed.

Roll has some explaining to do. Until then, please send your good vibes to those working to rectify this unfortunate event.
