Well, it has been a long dark winter, hasn’t it? Like everyone else, I find the restrictions related to COVID-19 exhausting. The effort required to run our business in a safe and responsible way has been costly and tiresome. We appreciate the patience of our wonderful clients as we try our very best to maintain the spa experience while respecting these necessary precautions.
Having said all that, Owen and I have much to celebrate. Our two beautiful grandsons are entering their second month of life—healthy, thriving, and much loved. Our daughters-in-law, Megan and Teela have been wonderful new mothers, and we are incredibly proud of our sons Jake and Ben as they have been strong, involved, and effective new fathers. Nana B and Papa O are filled with pride—and even a pandemic can’t rob us of this joy!
