Water Billing Delayed
As some of you have noticed, water billing is rolling out a bit slower this month. Due to the high number of broken pipes and water loss events around the winter storm, council will be considering utility relief or rate adjustment options at the March 18th meeting.
If you did not experience a water use increase this month, you will begin seeing your bills arrive this week.
If your bill increased more than $5, you will begin seeing your bills arrive after the meeting on the 18th.
A delay in your bill does not necessarily guarantee that a credit will be issued to your account. All March bills (for February use), regardless of receipt date, will not be due until April 20, 2021.
