Thank you to everyone who already submitted your Commencement Questionnaire and photos! If you haven't already done so, please remember to submit these important items before next week's deadline.

- Instructions:
- Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete the Commencement Questionnaire in Workday.
- Help us make sure that commencement publications include your name in the way that best reflects your identity, and that your commencement DIY kit and gift reach you.
- In case we have follow up questions, please look for a "Revise Request" email from Workday.
- Eligibility:
- This year, CCA's Commencement Experience celebrates the following students:
- Degree Recipients: Summer 2020 + Fall 2020
- Anticipated Degree Recipients: Spring 2021 + Summer 2021
- Important Notes:
- DIY Commencement kits and gifts will only be mailed to students who complete the Commencement Questionnaire.
- If eligible students do not complete the Commencement Questionnaire by the deadline, their preferred name in Workday will be published in commencement publications.
- To opt out of having your name published, please complete the Commencement Questionnaire.
