Speak Science Simply
Speak Science Simply is an outreach program that aims to provide individuals involved in science and research with the skills and confidence to communicate effectively and share their work with the general public.

The program will be open to the public, including interested participants from across scientific fields, and will be led by a multidisciplinary team from Concordia University of Edmonton’s Faculties of Science and Education with the support of leaders from the institution and experts in communication.

To communicate effectively, the scientific community must ensure messaging is tailored to its audiences, delivering the right message, on the right platform, at the right time.

Speak Science Simply has been designed to be applicable across fields and, through eight engaging courses, will provide the foundation and skills needed to connect with government, industry, and the community.
