SJTPO is providing the March Policy Board agenda at least twelve (12) days in advance of the public meeting to accommodate requests for services or accommodations (i.e., communication aids, language assistance) necessary for members of the public to participate. Please note, SJTPO requires notice at least seven (7) business days in advance to adequately meet requests. For more information, visit the Title VI webpage.

Members of the public can comment during the meeting on agenda items. Each commenter is provided three (3) minutes of speaking time. If attendance at the meeting is not possible, email comments to info@sjtpo.org or submit comments through the general comment form on the Public Comment webpage. All requests will be accommodated to the greatest extent possible. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice by SJTPO under Title VI has a right to file a formal complaint. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with SJTPO’s Title VI Compliance Manager and/or the appropriate state or federal agency within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
