Roth IRA Deadline Quickly Approaching!

At any time, you may withdraw contributions from your Roth IRA, both tax- and penalty-free. A Roth IRA is an individual retirement account in which money grows tax-free and withdrawals in retirement are tax-free. But your deadline to contribute for 2020 is fast approaching. Here are two of five key characteristics of a Roth IRA.

You pay taxes on money you put in the account. You cannot deduct the contributions on your taxes. But it grows tax free!
In 2020 and 2021 you can contribute up to $6,000 ($7,000 if you're 50 or older).
