On Tuesday, March 23, 2021 the University of Pittsburgh will hold its annual Pitt Day in Harrisburg. Starting at 9:30 a.m., meet with members of the General Assembly via your desktop, laptop, or smartphone.
Pitt Day in Harrisburg gives members of the Pennylvania Legislature an opportunity to talk with students, alumni, faculty, and staff about their work and to gain a first-hand perspective of the challenges and changes facing public higher education.
As a member of our campus community, this is a great opportunity for you to share stories about your Pitt-Greensburg experience and the impact Pennsylvania legislative support has had on you!!
This unique opportunity includes:
- Legislative Meetings
- Legislative Career Chat-Hosted by the Institute of Politics
- Schools & Colleges Showcase, including Pitt-Greensburg
- Virtual Tour of the Capital
At this time, appointments have been made with Senator Kim Ward and Representative Eric Nelson.

Pitt-Greensburg students, alumni, faculty, and staff who register and participate will be entered into a drawing to win Pitt Swag. Drawing will take place following the event and winners will be notified by email.
