News from Stewardship Thank you to all who have submitted your pledges. At Sunday's service the Stewardship Committee will be celebrating the end of our drive with a thank you PowerPoint and special announcement. If you haven't pledged yet, you still have time. Here is the link: https://www.starrkingfellowship.org/pledge-form . We would like to have all pledges by this Sunday, March 14. However, if you are waiting for personal financial information, we will certainly accept pledges after that date. Thank you all for responding so generously to our first ever virtual Stewardship Drive!
Please join us this Sunday for our next BLM workshop. We will be learning about the NH Bail Fund (started by members of the Nashua UU Church) and how we can help economically disadvantaged people continue their jobs and family life while waiting for their trials. We will meet over Zoom from 2:00 to 3:00. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88519314675?pwd=azhtY2xVS05LSFMvUXkycGc4cEtTdz09 You can also watch the recordings of previous sessions: starrkingfellowship.org.
The March outreach collection is in support of the NH Bail & Bond Fund, a project of UU Action New Hampshire. Its work is two-fold: providing bail for detainees awaiting trial in the Valley Street Jail in Manchester, and assisting with bond payments for eligible immigrants incarcerated in the Strafford County Jail. Those incarcerated are disproportionally people of color. Your support will help curtail incarceration for long periods while awaiting trials, which contributes to losing jobs, homes, and families. Our donation will help create a more positive future for those imprisoned.

Stewardship is gratitude
“Two kinds of gratitude: The sudden kind we feel for what we take; the larger kind we feel for what we give.”
Edward Arlington Robinson
“When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.”
Edward Roberts
“Gratitude turns what we have into enough.”
