Free parking permits for Richmond Hill residents are now available through our parking portal (one per household). Please note, pay parking at Lake Wilcox Park is in effect from April 1 to September 30 each year.
The Richmond Hill David Dunlap Observatory restoration and revitalization project is on track to being completed on time this spring. The project will see the exteriors of both the Administration building and the Observatory dome restored to preserve their heritage features.
