Things to know about the practice:
Theres a balance that I find when I teach, since we’re all in different places in our practice. What I focus on is creating opportunities within your practice; opportunities to stretch your capacity and to learn how to gain the most benefits from each pose by learning your body. As I continue with teaching these classes, we’ll explore and play with so many dynamics of yoga. My intention is for you to grow before your own eyes, connect with community, and feel “better.”
