Hope is Alive

Hope is a comforting word. Can't we all relate to that reassurance we experience when we find hope? This reassurance happens when our fears and doubts are removed.

Here is the best news you will get – Hope is Alive! Regardless of our circumstances, we have hope.

Hope is the confident expectation of good, particularly salvation. Hope is the absolute assurance that what you are believing for will happen. It's beyond faith. It's greater than active faith. Hope is the basis of our faith.

"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see" (Hebrews 11:1 NIV).

How do we know that Hope is Alive? Because Jesus died, rose again and is coming back again!

"I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit" (Romans 15:13 NLT).

Teach & Talk

In tonight's Teach & Talk we will hear a special lesson from Sis. Lisa Taylor on steadfast confidence and staying faithful in tough times.

We are excited to have Children’s Church on Easter Sunday, April 4th!

This will be a service where all children from kindergarten to sixth grade will gather together in the Training Center.

We will begin drop off at 10:45am in the Training Center. Masks will be required for each child.

Easter Egg Hunt

When: Easter Sunday immediately following the worship gathering for about an hour.

Where: Behind the worship center

What: A fun time for all ages. Kids (ages 0-11) will be able to hunt Easter eggs with chances to win prizes within their respective age groups.

Who: YOU! Whether you have children or not, join us for a time of fun and fellowship! Light refreshments will be provided to help stave off the hunger!

Please bring an Easter basket or a container to collect eggs in.

The MDDC Children's Ministry Rally will livestream on Saturday, March 27th at 11am. This year's theme is Gen2Gen and the guest speaker is Rev. Josh Combs.

The Abundant Life Annual Business Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 1st at 7:15pm in the sanctuary.
