Welcome back to 6 Notes on Sunday! 

This Week's Workout Sounds -- 

This week's workout playlist is created by our very own Ari Nelson with music she's been enjoying since 2021 started. We hope you enjoy! 

New Community Info -- 

This week's community information is brought to you by classic questions.

The question of all time: "Is it healthy to workout twice a day?" We want to share with you this video that we found answering exactly this question. 

Second, we wanted to share an article that discusses the question of "How do I become a better thrower?" This is a question everyone in their ultimate career wonders, and we're excited to share this with you to begin potentially answering! 

This Week's Goals:

This segment of 6 Notes will introduce five goals to you, weekly. You can focus only on one, you could focus on all five, or you can mix and match each week to fit your needs and desires. These could also just be little things you keep in your back pocket as you navigate your world this week. Your choice! 

  1. Make a check list of things you need in order to return to play
  2. Make a playlist to jam to during your workouts
  3. Make a list of your goals for the summer (it's around the corner!) 
  4. Text your mom or dad you love them 
  5. Answer an email you've been dreading answering

NEWS in Ultimate Land 

This segment is just for information that's been working through the Ultimate community!

This week, USAU announced their schedule and thought process behind return to play for the summer. This includes youth, club, and college updates, along with a very extensive list of their return to play guidelines. You can check that all out here
 

HYPE HYPE HYPE --

The #HYPE of the week! We're going to include lifting videos, highlight videos, Callahan videos, and more! 

This week we're sharing with you the Mixed Highlight Reel from 2019's National Championships. Really just another great video of another group of great athletes, some of which are ours! See if you can spot them.
