Disabled residents making their voices count
If you have a disability you are invited totake part in a questionnaire, which has been created by the local North East London Healthwatch (Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, City of London, Newham, Waltham Forest, Barking and Dagenham, and Havering), in partnership with the East London Health and Care Partnership (the eight councils and 12 NHS organisations in East London).
We want to understand what you are going through, in order to address any challenges and to plan future services.
Confidential questionnaire
The questionnaire answers are strictly confidential. Those taking part will not be required to provide their name or identifiable personal data. We do however want to involve participants in developing the recommendations from the questionnaire and for them you know what difference they make.
Prize Draw
The questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. As an appreciation of the time spent taking part, anyone who completes the questionnaire and leaves their details will take part in our prize draw.
The questionnaire can either be filled in online or the participant can be interviewed by one of our Community Researchers in a way that works for them, including by phone or video link.
