Cyclist.ie warmly welcomed the recent announcement on Active Travel jobs and we are now working to ensure these posts are created at senior levels in Local Authorities.

Cyclist.ie’s Rural Cycling Collective is embarking on a year-long ‘Rothar Rides’ promotion, aimed at getting people out exploring rural Ireland by bike - starting this Sunday. We warmly welcome Kinsale Loves Bikes into the Cyclist.ie fold as our 27th member group. Amongst the submissions Cyclist.ie made over the last month were ones to TII and an Oireachtas Committee on the cycle-unfriendliness of many N-roads, to Kerry County Council on the Killarney cycling proposals, and to Department of Public Expenditure and Reform on the renewal of our National Development Plan. They can all be found on Cyclist.ie's website!
