Dear <<First Name>>,

Thank you for staying connected with us by reading our newsletters and participating in our programs.
Today is Transit Worker Appreciation Day! We hope you’ll join the celebration by making an extra effort to thank your operators, or by simply smiling and waving when you board the shuttle (or whichever mode you take). To express your gratitude and support, you can also Tweet a photo of yourself at the shuttle stop or relaxing on the shuttle, using #TransitAppreciation and tagging us @SMCountyCommute.
Wherever you work, however you commute- we are here for you!

Congrats to our three raffle winners: Scott J., Bachir C., and Bianca F.

Stay tuned for our upcoming Spring Promotion beginning in April!
It's time to start preparing for #BikeMonth in May! To help celebrate bicycling we need your help to find our Bike Champion of the Year (BCOY) for San Mateo County!
Do you know someone who is truly committed to riding their bike for everyday transportation, forgoing motorized vehicles to reduce their carbon footprint and lessen their impact on the environment whenever possible? How about a cyclist who inspires others to get out and pedal — maybe for the first time or to start again? Then nominate them for a Bike Champion of the Year Award!
Nominations can be made between March 4 and April 1, 2021. Anyone is eligible and you can submit more than one name. One Champion will be chosen from each Bay Area county.

Effective as of Monday, March 22, 2021, there will be revised schedules to many of our routes to align with the current Caltrain and BART services. Some routes, including Norfolk and those serving the SSF Ferry Terminal, have been temporarily suspended.

Shuttle riders can sign up to receive
Text Alerts on their mobile phone by texting the Alert Code for their route to (833) 426-6688. Alerts are sent only to subscribers in the event of service changes, interruptions and emergencies.

Commute.org reminds passengers to follow these safety measures when riding:
  • Face coverings must be worn at all times, including onboard and at shuttle stops. This requirement will be strictly enforced
  • Practice physical distancing when choosing a seat on the shuttle
  • Wash or sanitize your hands before and after
  • Avoid touching your face
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow
  • Stay home if you feel sick
Hand sanitizers are installed on all vehicles, and at present, ridership allows for ample social distancing.
