One Powerful Moment

Sometimes in the speed of the modern world, a caregiver can lose track of the value and joy of life's little moments. Then, out of the blue, a much needed text message arrives from a friend, or a small flower pops out of the barren ground. Everything stops. Life seems less stressful and more worth living.

Moments are powerful. They can be created, found, and even offered to and by others. Give someone a much needed moment, or create one for yourself. Be observant. Stop. See it. Feel it. Soak in all it has to offer. Every moment counts.
