LINE START

Sailing resumes with training this Sunday morning and a 2pm Line start race.

MIRRORS

Two Mirrors travelled down to Walpole for the In The Trees Regatta. Mace and Seth in Twixta and Doug and Haro in 2Pudd enjoyed good consistent 15 to 25 knot winds. 

Doug and Haro (below) also had a nasty port and starboard incident - cleaned up by a port tack double ended gaffer! No damage.



Results:

Doug said he did some sail development at Walpole. He is continuing to look for even more downwind speed - he is now testing a radical square top sail of his own design. After extensive testing it was declared 'junk'.
