Earthy, tangy and nutritious! Our house-made beet shrub provides a richness of both flavor and color that combine with grassy tequila for a great combo. This is a cocktail for two with some assembly required. If you have ice on hand we recommend this drink on the rocks.

The Scammacca del Murgo family has been caring for and farming fruit and olive trees in Etna for more than 100 years and, in 1980, decided to transform their farm to a modern agricultural estate and first produced their award winning Etna Rosso in 1982. The mission of the family is to produce pleasing wines that are a true expression of the rare Etna terroir, through sustainable farming that minimally impacts their environment.
The Murgo Etna Rosso is 100% Nerello Mascalese produced from 30+ year old vines, grown 1600 feet above sea level, on the volcanic soil, eastern slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily. Nerello Mascalese is a light to medium bodied red wine with notes of tart red fruits and dried floral herbs. The unique volcanic soil of Mt. Etna adds an earthy minerality and tingling acidity. This wine will pair with a variety of dishes but using the idea of "what grows together goes together" and Sicilan food as a baseline here are some of my favorites: seafood such as sardines, tuna, smoked eggplant, roasted mushrooms, pecorino cheese, fresh ricotta cheese and baked pasta dishes.
Restless Coffee Wine Spot Blend Rich And Complex
Wine Spot Blend coming in for the win as I study for my real estate license exam! -Claire
The coffee is full bodied with medium acid and very complex which means it tastes great. If you love a a full body red wine, you'll love this coffee. Plus it comes in a full 12oz bag so its a great value.
Domaine Pfister | 2018 Berg Riesling Alsace, France
100% Riesling
Bursting pops of apple as soon as you open the bottle. This wine is dry and acidic with bright and fresh qualities of lemon and stone fruit. Tastes like spring flavors to me! I very much enjoyed grilled chicken tacos with this one! -Elan

JAFB Red Ale

Drinks super smooth and pairs great with spicy chili, Mexican takeout (like Cilantro Taqueria on Coventry) or just sipping by the fire pit enjoying the spring air. -Jason
I love Nero D'Avola's because they're bold red wines without being too jammy and chewy. The fruit is always nicely balanced on the black cherry and prune side with more acid to back it up, and the tannins are more lush as opposed to being overly grippy. If you're starting to feel a little burned out on Cabernet Sauvignons, give a Nero D'Avola a try! You may never go back! -Sarah
