This week's community information is brought to you by healthy living! 

First, we wanted to share with you all an article about how alcohol affects sleep and athletic performance. Check that out here.  

Second, we wanted to share with you an article that we shared a couple of weeks ago but fits perfectly into the healthy living category. This article describes the 7 types of rest every human and athlete needs. 

This Week's Goals:

This segment of 6 Notes will introduce five goals to you, weekly. You can focus only on one, you could focus on all five, or you can mix and match each week to fit your needs and desires. These could also just be little things you keep in your back pocket as you navigate your world this week. Your choice! 

  1. Make a new workout playlist with all your favorite jams
  2. Bake a cake (recommended: this one
  3. Push yourself to do an extra rep on at least one exercise every workout
  4. Text a family member you miss them
  5. Send a funny group text to a group of your friends! 

NEWS in Ultimate Land 

This segment is just for information that's been working through the Ultimate community!

This week, Train for Ultimate (www.trainforultimate.com) launched a new fundraiser for the Disc Diversity All Black Tour hopefully happening this year.
