Until then, we’d love to “see” you at our Office Hours preview of the overhauled Qualtrics user interface. Also read below to check out a few new features and the Masquerade tool in Canvas.

“Act as a user”
As described last month, we have made changes to the way masquerade works. Instead of having continuous access to the masquerade function, admins can now use a new Masquerade Tool that temporarily allows them to act as a user for 60 minutes. The tool is available, so please tell us if you’d like to opt-in now.

Due to ongoing contract negotiations with Slack, we are currently limiting the creation of new Slack workspaces to those created only for individual courses. We hope to be able to expand this service in the future to once again include lab and student group spaces on the Grid. Unfortunately we do not have a projected timeline for when this will be possible.
