Report Rollout
We want to be responsible stewards of the stories and experiences shared by BIPOC staff in our system. To that end, PPS leadership, in collaboration with the research team, committed to a thoughtful dissemination plan of the Educators of Color (EoC) Insights Report. The timeline of the steps that led up to the all-staff distribution of the report and some of the steps planned for the remainder of this school year are outlined in this document.

Summary Report
The report has an accompanying 8-page Report Summary designed for accessibility. You may want to start reading this before reading the Full Report. Note that the electronic version also has a link to the full report which is at the bottom of the last page. It also includes the link to the Reflection Sessions. The Summary Report will be printed and sent to all staff next week.
