It is very sad to announce the passing of Br. Muhammad Altaf. Just for everyone's information, it is a non-COVID related death.
"To him we belong and to him we shall return"

Salat-ul-Janaaza will be offered at SMA mosque at 1:30pm today Saturday Mar6, 2021 InshahAllah after Duhr prayer at 1pm. Burial will take place around 2:15pm at the Resurrection Cemetery on London Line.
The procedure for Salat will be similar to what has been in place for Friday prayers. Mosque capacity is 42 (30 brothers & 12 sisters) in the upper hall & 46 for basement with 2m distancing. Pre-screening questions will be asked and names with phone numbers will be recorded of the attendees for contact tracing purposes. Those who are sick or elderly above 70yrs and kids below 12yrs are recommended not to attend.
Some reminders as follows:
- Bring your mask and wear it at all times
- Bring your own prayer mat
- Ensure 2m social distancing
- Use hand sanitizers at the masjid entrance
We ask Allah SWT to shower His Mercy mercy on Br. Muhammad Altaf and give sabr e Jameel to his family (Aameen).
