We all are connected. Share your cancer journey story
At HopeSpring, we want to provide our community with a deeper understanding of how this past year has been especially challenging and isolating for our cancer patients.

Your story matters!
Whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment or beyond, your words have power, and can help someone get through isolation.
If you are comfortable, we would be incredibly honoured if you could share how HopeSpring has made an impact in your life during the pandemic.
  1. What have you found incredibly helpful
  2. What have you overcome and how
  3. Any program that you especially enjoy and why
  4. Something that was memorable
  5. A quote, a phrase something that you read
  6. A photograph and why it has meaning
Interested in sharing your story, please email Mary Lou Miller at marketing@hopespring.ca. Thanking you in advance.

15 Inspiring Quotes That Give Us Strength In Difficult Times

We were recently inspired by this line from a Mary Oliver poem, shared by best-selling author Gabby Bernstein: “If you suddenly and unexpectedly feel joy, don’t hesitate. Give in to it.” After a year filled with hardship and uncertainty, embracing daily delights is a courageous, essential act; it can help us face challenges with tenacity, and approach each new day with hope and possibility. InspireHealth The Grace of Gratitude

The Grace of Gratitude from InspireHealth

Gratia (Latin)
: Grace, graciousness, gratefulness

Gratitude is a thankful appreciation for what we have, whether tangible or intangible. Research suggests that gratitude practices (for example, journaling about our gratitude, or sharing our grateful feelings with one another) can increase positive mood states and decrease feelings of isolation, depression and anxiety. What better way to welcome spring than with a practice of gratitude. Read on hereYou may be prompted to sign up for their newsletter, it's free and you can always cancel at anytime.
