An easy trick for putting Animated GIFs in your next course

Can you feel the mood in your city improving? We've had beautiful weather in Louisville this past week and I've seen a lot more people smiling. I hope that's true in your community, too.
This week I'm trying to bring a little fun with a technique I use to add engagement with a course. If you've got PowerPoint, Rise, and a tool like Camtasia that can make an animated gif, then here's an approach you can use to sprinkle "talking" characters into your course. And the best part is it only takes a few minutes.
This week I didn't do a green screen video this week.
Instead I used that time to make two videos.
