Referrals
Have you switched on your Connected Kingston referral button yet?
Did you know that you can switch on the connection button on your Connected Kingston entry? It's easy to do and helps keep track of who is interested in your service. Superhighways' Kingston Digital Health Hubs has switched on their referral button on Connected Kingston.

"I find the referral button works really well with the training projects I run in basic digital skills. I can talk to people about signing up - and send them a link to sign themselves up as a follow-up. Or if they don't have any digital skills, I can sign them up myself on the platform.  It's quick to do on the spot, just after you have spoken to a potential learner or even as you have them on the phone. I really find it works well for my projects." Philippa, Digital Health Hubs.
Resources to support residents
"I've had a look through the Connected Kingston website and I've got to say I think it is fantastic! I mean that too 🙂 It is so easy to follow and exactly what every community needs."  John, Happy at Home

Want to support clients to get online? Superhighways are running one to one sessions with residents across Kingston to improve their digital skills. The trainer will use simple language and give clear step by step instructions over the phone until residents are online. To refer clients to this service visit Digital Health Hubs on Connected Kingston.
