Steuben
Steuben is a light, fruity, semi-sweet, easy-drinking style rosé with cherry and apple notes and just a hint of cinnamon on the nose and cherry and apple flavors on the palate with a slightly spicy, tangy finish. Weather Cooperates: Pruning Moves Along Fast
With the help of nice weather, we are moving right along in pruning the Marquette. By mid-week, we will move into the St. Croix and Frontenac at Meadowcreek Vineyard. Adam hopes to be able to mechanically prune Newport Lane Vineyard by Friday. (read more)

We Bottle Another Batch of Red, White, & Blue® This Week and Get More Wines Cued Up for Bottling Soon
This week, we will bottle another batch of Red, White, & Blue. We also be blending the next several batches of Red, White, & Blue. We will start cold stabilizing the 2020 Iowa St. Pepin, rack the 2020 Iowa Louise Swenson, and filter our new Iowa Sweet & Snazzy™ off Cream of Tartar. We will be hopping all week!

Masks are required in the Winery. Wine Tasting, Wine-by-the Glass, and Food Service are NOT available at Tassel Ridge Winery at this time. The Winery is open for To-Go only purchases of bottles or cases of wine and prepackaged items like jelly, dipping oils, sauces, and cheeses for off-premises consumption only.
