Silver Lake Vaccination Information
Councilmember Mitch O’Farrell is organizing a vaccination clinic to provide BOTH DOSES of the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible stakeholders of Council District 13. This program includes: seniors aged 65+, health care workers, food and agriculture workers, emergency service workers, and education and childcare workers. Eligibility requirements are subject to change.
SCHEDULE for Silver Lake Community
1st shots: Week 1 (Tues 3/9, Wed 3/10, Thurs 3/11, Fri 3/12)
2nd shots: Week 4 (Tues 3/29, Wed 3/30, Thurs 3/31, Fri 4/1)
SITE A: Elysian Valley Rec Center.
For you and/or those in your community who are interested in being vaccinated, please fill out the Interest Form linked to below. Completing the Interest Form does not guarantee a vaccine, but will be used to determine eligibility in this program. Once a resident is deemed eligible, they will be contacted with additional information.
