Dear Hawaii Customers,
The PACT ACT was passed at the end of December 2020 and it will bring major changes to our business starting April 26, 2021.
Since the PACT ACT labels vapor products as tobacco products, we will not be able to ship out orders via USPS (Our Main Carrier) as well as all the other major carriers (UPS, FEDEX, DHL).
Hawaii Residents: There will be NO CHANGE IN SERVICE since Hawaii is exempt from the shipping portion of the PACT ACT.
Hawaii and Alaska are the only two states where intrastate shipping of vapor products direct to consumers is not outlawed by the PACT Act.
The biggest change you will see is if you're ordering from our website and having it shipped out to you. The cost of shipping will INCREASE due to the changes made to the shipping method. We can only ship out to Hawaii addresses using USPS PRIORITY MAIL with ADULT SIGNATURE. This change will require you to be at the delivery address with a valid government issued ID at the time of delivery, due to the Adult Signature requirement.
Our Retail Store, located in Aiea, Hawaii as well as our website will still be open. You will still have the option of choosing to ship or doing In-Store pickup from our website. To save on shipping costs, we encourage Oahu residents to order from our website and choose the In-Store Pickup option.
