Sunshine Coast Volunteers of the Year Nominations Now Open

Submit a Nomination Today!

National Volunteer Week (17-23 May 2021) is held each year to honour the valuable contributions of volunteers across Australia. The theme for this year’s celebrations is Recognise, Reconnect and Re-imagine.

Recognise, celebrate and thank volunteers for the vital role they play in making our communities stronger, especially during need, crisis or isolation.

Reconnect to what is important by giving our time to help others, our local community or a cause we value.

Re-imagine how we can strengthen, promote and inspire volunteers to continue their vital work within our community.

In the wake of such a uniquely challenging year, Volunteering Sunshine Coast is proud to announce the inaugural Sunshine Coast Volunteers of the Year Awards.

These awards will recognise the contributions of those who went above and beyond in passionately helping people and making positive change within the community.

Volunteers will be acknowledged across ten categories to showcase the broad scope of volunteer work. The winners will be announced during National Volunteer Week celebrations in May.

Join with us and help celebrate the important work of volunteers across the Coast by submitting a nomination today!

Nominations will close in Mid-April.
