Here's a few things you can do to contribute to gender equity in Tennessee

Immediate! Call-to-Action: Eliminating the Salary History Question on Job Applications
- We are asking members to reach out to their representatives, and we've made it easy with some email links
Upcoming Call-to-Action: Vote to Open Membership (April 7, 2021) - be aware, vote will happen electronically, via email
- Members need to make sure the MSD has an up-to-date email on record

PS! Yesterday was Equal Pay Day! What did you do to educate others on the gender pay gap? We would love to know!
