Use these games, skills and drills in your community
Keeping agile in mind and body is important for all adults. Last week one of our Community Development Advisors facilitated a workshop for Community Strength and Balance class providers around from around the region.

The session was guided by a games, skills and drills booklet, filled with cognitive exercises and low-impact movement drills. These activities are a great way to start a hui or take a brain-break — try them for yourself.
