Your chance to transform the "blahs" and experience power, strength, beauty and joy is just five short days away! The first of your four online Raise Your Joy Nia classes begins on Friday, April 30 and we're super excited to dance with you! 

You’ll be led by Vibrantly Living You Founder and Black Belt Nia teacher Yvonne Myles. Classes will last 50-55 minutes.

Now is a good time to indicate your acceptance of our participation waiver. Read the waiver below and indicate your acceptance by filling out the online acceptance form

Vibrantly Living You will make all efforts to help our clients and attendees avoid injury. However, it is important that you understand and agree that in participating in any movement class or workshop, there is a possibility of physical injury.

By filling out the online acceptance form you agree that you understand and are aware of any physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. 

You voluntarily agree to assume all risks and responsibility for any injury or accident, which might occur to you or during any of the movement sessions or activities.

Complete the online acceptance form to receive the Zoom link for the Raise Your Joy series beginning April 30. In our next reminder, we’ll provide a checklist so you’ll be prepared to step in to your Nia dance experience!
