Whoo-hoo! The first Raise Your Joy Nia class is just two days away!  Are you ready? We certainly are! We’ve prepared an awesome playlist for the session. As promised, here’s a quick checklist to make sure you are ready to go.

 How to prepare

  • Set aside 50-60 minutes for movement

  • Clear space in your home or outdoors where you can move freely in front of your computer screen or other device

  • Wear loose fitting clothes or yoga wear for ease of movement

  • Have a water bottle nearby

  • If you have a yoga mat, feel free to use it. Otherwise, clear some floorspace, or bring a chair if you are not able or willing to move on the floor during the floor play sequence.
