This month we celebrated International Women's Day (March 8th), which was #Choose to Challenge and this movement is incredibly important for a number of reasons. At Her Heart we will be focussing on information about improving self-care including managing anxiety, improving motivation for exercise and information about heart-healthy foods. I spoke about some of these important topics last month (Valentine’s Day) which is our annual Her Heart celebration. I spoke on radio with the House of Wellness team,  about preventing and managing risks for heart disease in women. It was great that they were able to facilitate a phone in and burning questions around this issue could be answered, for those of you who missed this - you can hear a recording of the interview by clicking here. Finally, please contact me with any issues and to let us know what you would like to know more about. We love to hear from our community and are across all the socials -  FaceBook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter, so you can keep up to date. You can also check the Her Heart website for further information and updates.

Best wishes
