MOVIE NIGHT:
Dante's L'Inferno

Our Italian meeting will be a bit different this month in celebration of the Anno Dantesco. We will share a viewing of the 1911 silent Italian film, L'Inferno.  This hour-long film, which took three years to make, was the first full-length Italian feature film ever made. The printed commentary in the film is in English, so everyone will be able to follow along the path down, down, and down.....Although the movie print is "vintage," it will be easy to view as a screen share in our zoom, which will enable us to use the chat to make comments to each other while we enjoy it! 

As always, we will begin the zoom with informal conversation between 7:00 and 7:30 and the movie will start at 7:30.  Have your popcorn and beverage of choice ready to go. Wearing of Dante-esque costume accessories encouraged, but optional!
