You may have recently already noticed a small update to CLASS, which is part of the first testing steps of a few new features that we plan to roll out on Saturday 27 March.
Currently, the new features allow you to:
- Create and edit custom fields on Service Actions
- Create and edit custom fields on Project Service Actions
- View Action custom fields in the Service Action and Project Service Action list view
Once we have finished testing and we’re ready to release the full update, you will also be able to:
- Add custom fields on Additional Parties
- Add any of the custom fields you’ve created to DIY reports and Custom Templates; and
- Have greater flexibility in your intake and Triage workflows and allow non-clients to be assigned multiple Information/Referral services.
As the current version of custom fields on Actions is still in testing stages, we won’t have how to guides ready to go until the full rollout and we recommend you hold off on using any of the new fields as it may lead to some unexpected issues when the full changes are rolled out on 27 March.
