March 2021

Hello <<First Name>>

With spring nearly here, and Easter not far beyond, there's plenty to keep me busy!

Hot Cross Buns are definitely on the menu. I hope you'll join me on Sunday 28 March for an online demo or pehaps you'll join Bread Chat on 29 March when we're discussing all types of equipment

I recently featured on the Storied Recipe podcast. I'd love you to listen to the episode. It was great fun to record.

Kerala Style Leeks

Recipe: Leeks Kerala Style

Fancy making a tasty mid-week supper with leeks?

This recipe features a delicious coconut sauce and just happens to be suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. It's topped with crispy leeks - a great way of using all the leeks.

Try the recipe.

One to one online sourdough £60 for all the sessions required

Rofco Oven introduction £15 per half hour

If there are two of you, an online session is of course possible!

In person classes

I'll let you know as soon as these are possible. Hopefully we will be back to baking bread in the garden in my retro tent in May

The Storied Recipe Podcast

I was recently interviewed by Becky Hadeed, host of the podcast which came out just in time for Real Bread Week. It's a lovely long listen. She was such a lovely interviewer, I felt as if I'd know her forever. If you've ever wondered quite how I got here, you'll find out!

Becky takes the most gorgeous photos, including the one above after she made my pesto share and tear recipe
