We have enjoyed watching your families grow - from baptisms and confirmations, to bridal showers and milestone anniversaries.
Our mission is still the same as it was 27 years ago - to serve fresh, healthy foods. We make it like you would - nothing out of a jar or can. My mom, Nascha Procacci was at the helm as head chef, and she helped us become known for our fresh roasted peppers, and vegetable sandwiches. We offered quinoa and cous cous long before it was trendy, and our customers gobbled them up.
Now we help families celebrate together, as well as executive meetings and Pharma luncheons. Things may look different right now, but we are all about keeping things safe for you, your family and your co-workers. We are focusing on individually boxed meals and snacks - from corporate lunches to college snack boxes.
As always, we are committed to staying healthy and we are taking extra precautions during this time. We are following stringent food safety practices: socially-distanced food prep, frequent hand-washing and wearing of gloves. Food prep areas and counters are repeatedly sanitized.
We can also work with you to accommodate your guests who have dietary restrictions, such as gluten, dairy, soy or vegan. We take these issues seriously, so contact me today to discuss your concerns.
