Inside the Artist Studio
Where are you inspired to create your artwork? What does your workshop look like? Since we can’t get together, we thought it would be exciting to see where MAA’s members craft their masterpieces. Send us a picture of your workshop – be it the kitchen table, your outside patio/picnic area, a basement corner, at the lake, whatever or wherever.

A pastel by Jan McCollum."I took Jane Penfield's pastel class and here is the result. We all painted a winter scene and mine was a rendition of our pond and large rock on our property. The class was great. She is a fine instructor and helped us all create a very successful piece as we all shared our work at the end." Email Jan if you have comments.
Ladies Day Out, an 16 x 20 acrylic by Jerry Madara. "Took this on the California coast 2 summers ago." Email Jerry if you have comments.
Megan, colored pencil by Susie E. F. McGuire. 11x14, Faber Castell Polychromos on Stonehedge. Email Susie if you have comments.
A drawing by JoDee Cyr. "I wanted to share a drawing I recently made of my mother-in-law holding her great-grandson (my grandson). This was for a drawing prompt asking for “opposites”. I chose to do young vs. not-so-young." Email JoDee if you have comments.
