In case you missed it we had another good swath of athletes give an Open workout the first go just shortly after it was announced. Good news for some this was a repeat from 2017 so they had some idea as to how to approach. For everyone else, it was just another CrossFit Open workout. Always being prepared for the unknown and the unknowable. That's the name of the game.
