THIS WEEKS UPDATE - 22nd March 2021
Good morning. Hope everyone is safe and dry.
A few items of movement this week.
Apple varieties are again on the rise, along with beans, broccoli, eggplant, regular tomatoes, oranges. Peaches, Nectarines and plums are starting to come to end of season with slight increases in price and quality is not at its best. High increases for Cauliflower, Telegraph Cucumbers, with Cos Lettuce exorbitant. Please consider this when placing your orders.
Lebanese cucumbers are well priced this week, as well as chokoes, squash and roma tomatoes. Maybe these items can be substituted for the dearer items.
We'd also just like to mention our deliveries may not be on time this week due to road closures and flooding. We will of course to continue to get to all our customers as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you in advance for understanding this situation.
