The Rev. N. Susan Brims, Missional Strategist and Superintendent of the East District, announced that Bishop Robert T. Hoshibata intends to appoint the Rev. Dr. Dottie Escobedo-Frank as senior pastor of Paradise Valley United Methodist Church in Paradise Valley, AZ, effective July 1, 2021. Rev. Dr. Escobedo-Frank currently serves as senior pastor of Catalina United Methodist Church in Tucson, AZ.
